St. Charles Borromeo Seminary buys two new Kawai pianos for Seminarians
Recently St. Charles Seminary in Wynnewood PA purchased two digital pianos, a KAWAI CE-220 and a very portable KAWAI ES-100. Rudy Lucente, the Seminary's Director of Music Studies, recently hand-picked the two pianos at Grafton Piano & Organ's Souderton showroom. While impressed with the quality and ease of use, he was particularly surprised by the sound coming from the portable ES-100 saying, " You have external speakers connected to this, right?" When discovering ALL the sound was coming from only the ES-110's internal speakers he was shocked! Both instruments will be used for instruction and practice with studies at St. Charles.
The CE-220 digital console piano features authentic wooden piano keys (just like its acoustic brother) and is equipped with sturdy rolling wheels so it can be moved from classroom to classroom, while the portable ES-100 may be easily packed up and carried to another building or a remote location.
We thank Rudy and St. Charles for their support and wish them many years of enjoyment with their new instruments.
